Essence: Seizure of all movable and immovable assets of the company, along with corporate rights; transfer of assets to ARMA management; and restriction of goods import into Ukraine, which led to a complete shutdown of the company’s operations.

Result: Seizures of corporate rights and company assets were lifted, actual control was returned to the owners and management, and the company retained its market segment in equipment import and servicing.

Essence: Protection against unfounded attacks by regulatory and law enforcement agencies aimed at blocking the company’s operations.

Result: Inspection results and property seizures were canceled, all “claims” from state authorities were dropped. The company’s operations were preserved, and stable business activity was restored.

Essence: Tax authority and tax police inspections concerning alleged tax evasion and the sale of goods outside official accounting systems through a network of unregistered retail outlets in Ukraine.

Result: It was proven that the company had paid the required taxes, maintained financial discipline, and that the volume of supplies matched the sales figures. The company’s business reputation and its team were preserved.
